🥧 Pie Order Form 🍂
Thank you for being part of the DeCosimo Law family! Please complete this form to reserve your complimentary pie for our Client Appreciation Event.
Each household may select one pie to enjoy and share. Pies will be freshly baked (ready to eat or freeze for later) and available for pick-up only on Saturday, November 22nd between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM at Temeku Hills Park.
Please read before submitting your order:
Pick-up is required. We’re unable to hold or store pies after 12:30 PM, so please only order if you’re available during that window.
One pie per household.
Order deadline: October 22nd. Orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed, though we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Flavor availability: We’ll make every effort to provide your chosen pie, but substitutions may be necessary if certain flavors sell out at the bakery.
Special options: Vegan, gluten-free, and keto pies are available by request (from Love, Dreams & Pie).
Freezer-friendly: All pies come fully baked and can be frozen to enjoy later for Thanksgiving.
If you’d prefer not to receive a pie this year, you can select the “Opt-Out” option below, and we’ll make a charitable donation on your behalf instead.
