🥧 Pie Order Form 🍂

Thank you for being part of the DeCosimo Law family! Please complete this form to reserve your complimentary pie for our Client Appreciation Event.
Each household may select one pie to enjoy and share. Pies will be freshly baked (ready to eat or freeze for later) and available for pick-up only on Sunday, November 22nd between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM at the Temecula Community Center (28816 Pujol St, Temecula, CA 92590).

Please read before submitting your order:

• Pick-up is required. We’re unable to hold or store pies after 2:30 PM, so please only order if you’re available during that window.

• One pie per household.

• Order by October 22nd to guarantee your pie.
  Orders received after this date will be filled based on availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate late requests.

• Flavor availability: We’ll make every effort to provide your chosen pie, but substitutions may be necessary if certain flavors sell out at the bakery.

• Special options: Vegan and gluten-free pies are available by request (from Apple Alley Bakery). Please note Apple Alley Bakery is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. If you have severe celiac disease, let me know.

• Freezer-friendly: All pies come fully baked and can be frozen to enjoy later for Thanksgiving.

If you’d prefer not to receive a pie this year, you can select the “Opt-Out” option below, and we’ll make a charitable donation on your behalf instead.
