This consultation is ideal if you would like to:

  • Ask questions about trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, probate avoidance, or related estate planning topics

Consultation Details

Duration: Up to 30 minutes (by phone)

Fee: $195

Preparation Required

To make the most of our time together, all questions and any documents you would like me to review must be submitted at least three (3) business days before your scheduled consultation. This allows me to review the materials in advance so our meeting can focus on your questions.

Questions or documents submitted fewer than three (3) business days before the consultation may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

Limited Scope

This consultation is limited to the questions and documents submitted in advance. If additional issues arise during our meeting and time permits, I am happy to discuss them. Any consultation time beyond the initial 30 minutes will be billed in 15-minute increments at my then-current hourly rate.

Unless we later enter into a separate written engagement agreement, I will not be undertaking any additional legal representation beyond this consultation. Any future legal services, including the preparation or revision of estate planning documents, will require a separate written engagement agreement.

What Happens Next?

After scheduling your consultation, you will automatically receive:

A secure LawPay payment request for the $195 consultation fee, where you will also be asked to securely save your payment method.

A link to electronically sign a Limited Scope Engagement Agreement, which outlines the scope of the consultation and confirms that any additional legal services require a separate engagement agreement.

Both the consultation fee and the signed Limited Scope Engagement Agreement must be received before your consultation.

If you request additional consultation time beyond the initial 30 minutes and I have availability to continue, that additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments at my then-current hourly rate and automatically charged to the payment method you authorized through LawPay. A receipt will be provided for any additional charges.
