While her current commitments prevent her from continuing her volunteer work at the moment, she remains passionate about contributing to the welfare of animals. Deanna looks forward to the possibility of resuming her volunteering activities at Sale Ranch Animal Sanctuary in the future when her schedule allows. Understanding the transformative effect of compassion and kindness on all beings, she remains committed to making a positive impact in the lives of animals in need.

Mani leads Operations and Technology at DeCosimo Law, bringing a rare combination of deep technical expertise and a personal, human-centered approach to innovation. With a background in building cutting-edge tools for AI and machine learning teams at companies like Labelbox and Voxel51, Mani has helped engineers deliver scalable, intuitive applications used by top-tier organizations around the world. Now, he’s applying that same precision and forward-thinking mindset to the legal world, streamlining internal systems, automating where appropriate, and enhancing every touchpoint of the client journey.

A graduate of Brown University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science, Mani spent over a decade in Silicon Valley helping startups grow from Seed rounds through Series D. At DeCosimo Law, he’s not just working behind the scenes, he’s also involved in day-to-day client service, learning directly from client interactions to ensure our firm continuously delivers with empathy, clarity, and excellence.

Born in Iran, Mani moved to Europe in his teenage years to live in a more politically stable and religiously free country. He later came to the United States to attend college at Brown University, where he met his wife and built a life rooted in curiosity, purpose, and service. Mani loves languages, soccer, cycling, playing the piano, reading, and traveling the world to connect with new cultures and people. Whether working on technology or speaking with a client, Mani brings global perspective and warmth to everything he does at DeCosimo Law.
