Thank you for being part of the DeCosimo Law family!

Please complete this form to reserve your complimentary pie, RSVP for our Client Appreciation Event, or both.

Join us for lunch, games, raffle prizes, and good company on Sunday, November 22, 2026, from noon–1:30 p.m., indoors at the Temecula Community Center, 28816 Pujol Street, Temecula, CA 92590.

Children of all ages, adult children, grandchildren, friends, and neighbors are welcome! Please include everyone attending. Can’t stay? You’re welcome to simply stop by to pick up your reserved pie.

Pie Reservations & Pickup

Each household may reserve one complimentary pie, freshly baked and ready to enjoy or freeze for Thanksgiving.

• Reserve by October 22 to guarantee your pie. Later requests will be accommodated based on availability.

• Pickup is November 22 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. We cannot hold or store pies after 2 p.m., so please reserve only if you can arrange pickup during that window.

• Flavor substitutions may be necessary depending on bakery availability.

• Vegan and gluten-free options are available by request from Apple Alley Bakery. The bakery is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. If you have celiac disease or a serious food allergy, please contact us before selecting a pie so we can discuss whether an option is suitable.

• All pies come fully baked and can be frozen to enjoy later.

Attending but prefer not to receive a pie? Select “Opt-Out” below, and we’ll make a charitable donation on your behalf instead.

Event RSVPs are due November 12. Reserving a pie does not require staying for the event, and attending does not require reserving a pie.

Each client household attending receives one complimentary entry into our prize drawings, plus one bonus entry for bringing a nonperishable food donation for Mission Hope.

Maximum of two entries and one prize per client household. Winners must be present to win.
