Three Levels of Planning

At DeCosimo Law, estate planning is not about filling out documents. It is about making thoughtful decisions that protect the people you love and ensure your wishes are carried out when it matters most.

Because every family’s situation is different, we offer three levels of planning, each designed to provide a different level of protection, customization, and ongoing guidance.

Some families simply want to ensure that the right people are legally authorized to step in if something unexpected happens. Others want to go further — creating a comprehensive plan that keeps their loved ones out of court, protects their home and assets, and provides clear guidance for their family during difficult times.

Our planning typically begins at $3,250 for foundational planning, with most families choosing more comprehensive planning options that provide greater protection and long-term support.

Rather than asking you to choose a plan before understanding your situation, we begin with a Life & Legacy Planning Session. During this meeting, we learn about your family, your assets, and your goals. We then walk you through the three planning levels and help you select the option that best fits your needs.

This process ensures that your decisions are informed and intentional, not based on guesswork or generic online advice.

We have annual membership programs to ensure your plan continues to work throughout your lifetime, your assets are always owned in the right way and you are able to feel confident calling us with any legal issue without ever worrying about receiving a bill in the mail for hourly fees. Whether you participate in one of our membership programs or not, we keep all of our clients updated about changes in the law and issues that might affect your life.
